RIGHT FIT
Take it when every fix breaks something else.
- “Fixing one bug creates two more”
- Your AI assistant keeps rewriting code that already worked
- You have a long list of bugs and no idea which matter for launch
The Last 20% Sprint is a $79 guided programme for AI-built apps that are almost finished but keep breaking. In seven sessions you freeze what works, log every bug, trace them to a few root causes, add guardrails, and leave with a ranked Launch Completion Plan.

The real problem
Because the last 20% is a different kind of work. Building adds features; finishing means changing code that other features depend on. Without a record of what works and tests that catch breakage, every AI fix risks a regression, so progress stalls.
The product
It’s a self-guided sprint that replaces random prompt-and-fix cycles with a method. Each day produces one piece of the plan: a frozen baseline, a full bug register, root causes, a structural check, guardrails, and a fix order, all in one workbook.
An honest boundary
Take it if your app mostly works, you’ve been fixing rather than building for days or weeks, and fixes keep breaking something else. It suits apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, v0 or Base44 that you can open and run yourself.

How the week works
Each session takes 60 to 120 minutes and adds one part to your Launch Completion Plan. The first four days are analysis and change nothing. Days 5 and 7 change code, always on a branch, one change at a time, with tests run first.
A safe git checkpoint, every feature listed, and the golden paths that must never break again.
Every bug in one register with exact steps to reproduce it. Nothing gets fixed yet.
Group bugs by what’s actually causing them and map which areas break together.
Classify each cause and check the warning signs that mean stabilizing won’t be enough.
An AI rules file, a one-page source of truth and smoke tests on your golden paths.
Separate launch blockers from everything else and fix causes before symptoms.
Assemble the plan and make your first fix with the safe loop: branch, plan, test, review, merge.
Exact output
You finish with a Launch Completion Plan you can work through yourself or hand to a developer. It lists your root causes, launch blockers, fix order with acceptance tests, the golden paths now protected by tests, and the rules your AI assistant follows.
Root causes, launch blockers and the order to fix them.
Every bug with reproduction steps, linked to its root cause.
AI rules file, source-of-truth doc and golden-path smoke tests.
Prompts for bug isolation, root cause, regression prevention, test generation and safe refactoring.
Why prompting stalls
Because the AI fixes the bug in front of it without knowing what else depends on that code. Each fix can be locally right and globally wrong. The sprint gives the AI the context and tests it’s missing, and gives you the order to fix things in.
When it’s bigger
Then you’ve learned it in days, not months. The plan marks which root causes need an architecture decision. You can work through the Rebuild or Refactor Guide or ask an engineer to look at the actual code.
Low risk
You get your $79 back. Finish all seven days. If you don’t end up with a ranked fix order and a launch backlog, send your completed workbook within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.
Complete the seven sessions and send the workbook within 30 days. If you don’t have a ranked fix order and launch backlog, we refund the full $79.
Reply to any sprint email with the day and step number. A Zenveus engineer answers within 1–2 hours during business hours. Sprint steps only, not a code review.
Sprint buyers get the 48-Hour Verdict for $199 instead of $299. That’s $100 off, with no expiry.
Save with a bundle
Yes. If you expect to need the next stage too, a Founder Bundle includes this product for less than buying each one separately. Every product keeps its own guarantee, support and the $199 Verdict upgrade, and nothing expires, so open each one when you reach that stage.
Straight answers
No, but you need to be able to run your app, use git (or follow the exact commands given) and paste prompts into an AI coding assistant.
Days 1–4 change nothing. Days 5 and 7 add tests, a rules file and one fix, each on a separate branch after a git checkpoint, so you can always go back.
This sprint gets an unfinished app to a stable, finishable state. The Launch Readiness Sprint tests a working app against the nine-area Production Readiness Standard before real customers use it. Most people do this one first.
No. It finds the root causes and the order to fix them, adds guardrails, and walks you through the first fix. You or your developer do the rest with the plan.

The next decision
Seven sessions, a few root causes instead of a long bug list, and a fix order you can follow.
Covered by the clear-plan guarantee: finish the sprint, and if you don’t have a fix order and launch backlog, get your $79 back within 30 days.
