How Zenveus handles personal information and your privacy choices.

Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Zenveus LLC is responsible for personal information collected through zenveus.com. We operate with personnel in the United States and Pakistan. This policy covers our website, inquiries, resource requests, bookings, and project intake. Contact contact@zenveus.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information You Provide
We collect the information you submit through contact, resource, newsletter, booking, and project-intake forms, including your name, email, company, role, phone number, project links, and message. If you purchase a service through an external checkout, we may receive order identifiers, purchase status, and contact details needed to fulfill it; the payment provider handles payment-card information. Please avoid submitting credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential client data in public forms.
Technical Data and Optional Tracking
Our hosting and security systems process IP addresses, request times, browser details, and related logs to operate and protect the site. With analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity and Contentsquare measure interactions and can record browsing sessions. These services may process cookie identifiers, approximate location, device details, pages visited, referrals, clicks, and usage patterns. With marketing consent, the LinkedIn Insight Tag supports advertising measurement and audience marketing, Brevo’s browser SDK supports marketing tracking and notifications, Leadsy processes visitor and browsing information for business visitor identification, and Google Tag Manager can load configured tags only when both analytics and marketing are enabled. Optional site tags remain blocked until the relevant category is enabled. Global Privacy Control disables marketing tracking.
How We Use Information and Legal Bases
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, arrange meetings, assess project fit, provide purchased services, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, responding to a service request or fulfilling a contract relies on pre-contractual steps or contractual necessity; security and appropriate business administration rely on legitimate interests; optional website tracking relies on consent. Marketing communications use consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. Cookie consent does not subscribe you to email marketing. You can unsubscribe using a message’s unsubscribe link or contact us to stop marketing.
Resources, Bookings, and Purchases
Downloads and previews may be served through Amazon Web Services, including S3, which receives request metadata when you access a file. Booking services such as Cal.com process information you supply when arranging a meeting. External checkout providers such as Whop process purchases under their own privacy notices. Following a link or using these services may involve additional processing by the provider; review its notice before submitting information.
Recipients and Service Providers
Information may be accessed by authorized Zenveus personnel and providers supporting website hosting, WordPress/Elementor forms, security, email delivery and contact management, scheduling, cloud storage, purchases, and project operations. Our integrations include Resend, Brevo and Sender for email/contact workflows, Slack for internal inquiry notifications, AWS for resources, and the analytics and marketing providers described above, where configured for the relevant workflow. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Optional tracking can involve third-party processing for the providers’ own purposes; their notices describe that processing.
Cookies and Your Choices
The banner offers Reject and Accept. Cookie settings lets you manage analytics and marketing separately. Analytics and marketing start off. Essential storage supports security, requested features, and your consent choices. Open Cookie settings on any page to change your choices or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future optional tag loading and reloads the page; it does not reverse processing that has already occurred. Choices are remembered in your browser for up to 180 days. Browser storage restrictions may prevent remembering them. See our cookie policy for categories, examples, and lifetimes.
Retention
We retain inquiries and project records for as long as needed to handle the request, deliver services, maintain appropriate business records, or comply with legal duties. Subscription details are retained while needed for the subscription; limited suppression records may be kept to respect opt-outs. Analytics and provider logs follow the settings and retention rules of the relevant service. We do not state a fixed analytics retention period because it can vary by property and provider. You may contact us to request details or deletion where applicable.
International Processing
Zenveus personnel in the United States and Pakistan and our providers in other countries may process your information outside your country. Applicable protections depend on the destination and provider arrangement. Where international-transfer safeguards are required, the relevant arrangements must provide them, such as applicable standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability; object to processing including direct marketing; and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. EEA and UK visitors can complain to their data protection authority. Where US state privacy laws apply, residents may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, appeal a request decision, and receive equal treatment when exercising rights. We do not exchange personal information for money. Some marketing technologies may fall within broader legal definitions of sale or sharing; keep marketing disabled to opt out. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling marketing tags. Contact contact@zenveus.com; we may verify your identity proportionately and will respond as required by applicable law.
Security and Children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and security tools. No system is completely secure. The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
External Sites and Changes
External sites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice as our services or practices change and will display the updated date. Material changes may require additional notice or renewed consent. Continued browsing does not provide consent to optional tracking.
