Cookie Policy
What we store, which optional services we use, and how you can control them.

What Cookies and Similar Storage Do
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Local storage, tracking tags, pixels, and similar technologies can also store identifiers or transmit visit information. This policy covers those technologies on zenveus.com.
Essential Storage
Essential storage supports site security, requested functions, and remembering privacy choices. Our consent preference uses the local-storage key zv_cookie_consent with category choices, a notice version, and a timestamp. It is treated as expired after 180 days on the next visit. WordPress login/security cookies may also apply when you sign in; they are separate from optional visitor analytics. Tools may save answers locally when you use a feature that remembers your inputs.
Analytics — Optional
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Contentsquare run only with analytics consent. Google Analytics can use _ga and _ga_* identifiers (normally up to two years, depending on property settings). Clarity uses _clck (normally one year) and _clsk (normally one day) for visitor/session measurement and session replay. Provider settings and browser restrictions can change these lifetimes. Microsoft services may also set third-party cookies such as CLID, MUID, MR, SRM_B, SM, and ANONCHK on Microsoft domains after consent, with lifetimes determined by the provider. Contentsquare may use _cs_* storage for interaction/session measurement, with retention depending on provider configuration. Analytics-only consent keeps advertising consent signals denied.
Marketing — Optional
Brevo’s browser SDK and Leadsy run only with marketing consent and processes technical and browsing information for business visitor identification. Brevo may use sib_cuid and other browser identifiers and storage for marketing and notification features; names and lifetimes depend on configuration. Google Tag Manager is blocked until both analytics and marketing consent are enabled because the container can load tags in either category. Tag Manager itself manages tags; storage and lifetimes depend on the tags enabled inside it. Marketing includes any advertising storage, user data, and personalization consent signals. Global Privacy Control keeps this category disabled.
Choose or Withdraw Consent
Choose Reject to keep both optional categories off or Accept to enable both (except marketing where Global Privacy Control is active). Use Cookie settings to choose each category separately. Use Cookie settings on any page to reopen the preferences. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent reading the site, contacting us, or requesting resources. We do not treat scrolling or continued use as consent. When you withdraw consent, we stop future loading, remove accessible known analytics/marketing cookies, and reload the page. We cannot remove third-party cookies outside our domain; your browser controls can clear them.
External Services
Following external links, opening a booking service, checkout, or downloading a cloud-hosted file can send request information to that provider. These services have their own privacy notices and controls. Site cookie preferences do not control cookies on another website.
